Cosmic Storm. This is the storm from space with powerful space electricity that can obliterate an entire forest & an entire army

Cosmic Charge.  When he uses this ability he will power up from the lightening from outer space and once he is powered with space electricity he will charge at his opponent with his head full of 9,000 x 2 voltage

Cosmic Lightning. This ability is the lightening from outer space it is more powerful than an earth lightening. It s so powerful that it can zapits opponents into a cooked meal

Cosmic Shield. He can use this ability in order to defend himself with cosmic power. First he will power up with a lightening from outer space & once his head is all powered up he can create a giant shield from his frill to protect anyone & himself from attack

Cosmic Power.  Is the powerful electricity from outer space. he can fire cosmic power from his frill in order to obliterate a space opponent

Electrozorb. This is an ability of most Electric Zords (the Ceratopsians with the big frill) They will use this ability to absorb electric powers from electric opponent with their big frill.

Power of Rhinosaurus. This ability is the power of Rhinosaurus first he will power up with 10,000 times the voltage of the space lightening from outer space, then he will equipped with a giant lightening horn on the top of his horn nose & grow thick electric skin so he will be impenetrable
And with that power he will clash his gigantic opponent until he is destroyed

Profile:
When he became a zord he has the earth electric powers, but when he learnt that his brother the Xenoceratopszord had electric alien powers, he would like to have that power but was told by his teacher that too much power would be uncontrollable to handle, but he was determined to have alien
powers like his brother. So he trained himself day & night when suddenly there was a space storm raging out of planet earth & out of the space storm came a space cosmic lightening which at first hurt him but then he grew more powerful than ever. When it was all over he got alien powers too, but
those powers are much more powerful than Xenoceratopzord abilities but his teacher managed to help him out to handle that much power & in time he became the Godzilla of the electricity & earned the power of rhinosaurus.
